Dining Al Fresco: Autumn Aura – SOLD OUT

Pre-registration is required for this special event, tickets are limited. The deadline for registration is September 11, 2024. 

• Tickets are non-refundable and final sale. General admission discounts and coupons are not applicable to this ticketed event. After a purchase is complete, the tickets are the property of the ticket-holder, and RBG will be unable to accommodate any date or time changes. 
• Due to the nature of the event no refunds will be provided. By purchasing the ticket, guests agree to all terms and conditions associated. Should inclement weather impact the event, guests will dine in an alternate location. No refunds will be provided. 
• Purchased tickets can be transferred to someone else. The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring all guest information, including names and dietary preferences, are submitted via the <online form> no later than 48 hours before the event date. Transferring or receiving the respective funds for your tickets is your responsibility.
• RBG is unable to accommodate same-day changes. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all guest changes, including names and dietary preferences, are submitted via the <online form> no later than 48 hours before the event date 

Tickets include exclusive access to Rock Garden for the evening, live instrumental music, a welcome cocktail or mocktail, amuse-bouche, and a 4-course dinner and wine pairing.

Tables and chairs will be set up on turf terrain. Guests will be provided outdoor garden chairs for seating.

Seating is pre-assigned, couples are seated across from one another, guests will be directed to their seats via seating chart signage and table place cards.

In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the Rock Garden Visitor Centre.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions and/or allergies upon registration, if you will be partaking in an alcohol-free evening and the names (first and last) of each guest.  For specific inquiries, get in touch at rbg.ca/specialevents. 

When identifying allergies/restrictions please be sure to include the applicable guest name. RBG does its best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies; however, due to the nature of this event, not all restrictions and allergies may be accommodated and RBG cannot guarantee that traces of such foods are not present during preparation.

This event is held in the historic Rock Garden, at 1185 York Blvd. Hamilton ON.

Complimentary parking is available in the large lot across the road, with accessible parking spaces available directly outside the Rock Garden Visitor Centre.

Please indicate any accessibility needs during the registration process. If accessing with a wheelchair or walker, an outdoor model is suggested. Accessible parking spaces are available.

With the exception of service animals, personal pets are not permitted at this event.
