Dining Al Fresco: Roses in Bloom – SOLD OUT

Pre-registration is required for this special event, tickets are limited.

• Tickets are non-refundable and final sale. General admission discounts and coupons are not applicable to this ticketed event. After a purchase is complete, the tickets are the property of the ticket-holder, and RBG will be unable to accommodate any date or time changes. RBG will do their best to keep parties together. At the table, however due to the nature of the event there are often odd number groups resulting at communal table seatings in some cases.  
• Seats will be assigned ahead of time; ticket purchaser will identify each attendee’s name at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in the use of the generic place holder “Guest of <insert name>” 
• Due to the nature of the event no refunds will be provided. By purchasing the ticket guests agree to the rain contingency dates as alternate dates to the original should the event be impeded by inclement weather. Alternate dates will appear on your ticket/ confirmation.  All other event details will remain the same.  
• Tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us at info@rbg.ca / Guest services organic events in box , with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event, or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility.  

Tickets include exclusive access to Laking Garden for the evening, live instrumental music, a welcome cocktail or mocktail, amuse-bouche, and a 4-course dinner and wine pairing.

Tables and chairs will be set up on turf terrain. Guests will be provided outdoor garden chairs for seating.

Seating will be pre-assigned, and RBG will make every effort to keep parties together. Due to the nature of the table arrangement, there are often cases that ticket holder groups will sit with or near other guests.  

In the case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for one of the following rain dates: July 19 OR July 20.

Refunds will not be issued in case of a reschedule to one of these dates. Should you be unable to attend a rain date, you may transfer your tickets to a friend or family member.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions and/or allergies upon registration, if you will be partaking in an alcohol free evening, and the names (first and last) of each guest.  For specific inquiries, get in touch at rbg.ca/specialevents. 

When identifying allergies/restrictions please be sure to include the applicable guest name.

This event is held at Laking Garden, 1221 Spring Garden Road in Burlington, Ontario. 

Parking available in the upper parking lot (off Plains Rd. W.) or in the lower lot (Spring Gardens Rd.). Please note that the upper parking lot requires walking across a bridge that crosses over train tracks and descending down a winding ramp. The lower lot is situated just outside the entrance to Laking Garden.

Before departing, have a close look at a map of the area to familiarize yourself with your parking options.

Laking Garden is not currently accessible by public transit. Bike racks are available on site. 

Laking Garden has three terraced levels. The pre-dinner area is located on the middle terrace area and the dinner will take place near the peony collection on the lower terrace. This is an open grass area.

If accessing with a wheelchair or walker, an outdoor model is suggested.

The primary path to the lower two terraces includes two sets of stairs with railings. An alternative, sloped path is available alongside the South-West border of the garden, though this slope may prove too steep for some patrons.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the Lower Parking Lot.

Washroom facilities are located at the Teahouse, and in RBG Centre at the tunnel level.

With the exception of service animals, personal pets are not permitted at this event.
