Easter Brunch – SOLD OUT

Pre-purchased tickets are required for this special event.

You will be required to present your pre-purchased tickets upon arrival, either printed out or digitally on your personal device. Each ticket will be scanned. The confirmation receipt is not a ticket. Your tickets were sent to you as an attachment in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking.

The final date for registration is April 15th, 2025, for April 19th Brunch times and April 16th for April 20th 2025 brunch times.

Tickets include access to the RBG Rock Garden from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as RBG Brunch (food and beverages) during one of two time slots: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Additionally, guests may choose to participation in a garden search and find activity.

This event is held indoors with an outdoor component and will proceed rain or shine. RBG recommends coming prepared for the weather! RBG reserves the right to cancel a day due to inclement weather. If the event date is cancelled due to weather, a refund will be provided.

Each ticket group (fewer than 10 guests) will be seated together at one table. This capacity is based on the host venue selected. If a group exceeds this number, the group may be split across two tables. Table assignments will be made upon arrival. While Royal Botanical Gardens will make every effort to accommodate requests for proximity, we cannot guarantee that multiple tables within the same group will be seated near one another. Guests may request this arrangement at the time of booking. The RBG team is committed to providing a high-quality experience for all guests.

he food service is self-serve, and in an effort to minimize waste, menu portions are carefully tailored based on the number and type of tickets sold. Please note that, due to the nature of this event, Royal Botanical Gardens may not be able to fully accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. The Gardens cannot be held responsible for any dietary needs or restrictions of guests.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination during food preparation. In accordance with Health and Food Safety regulations, outside food is not permitted on the premises, and guests are not permitted to take leftover food with them.

Guests are invited to take a self-guided stroll through the RBG Rock Garden, where they can search for hidden white rabbits and Easter eggs. An activity sheet, including coloring and fun tasks, is provided for guests to complete during their walk.

This event is held at 1185 York Blvd  ON. Parking is included in the ticket price, and available in the designated lot across the street. Please enter through the main doors of RBG Rock Garden  to access the great room and rock garden area

RBG Rock Garden  is located along bus routes for Burlington Transit, with stops a short distance from the entrance. See Directions & Parking for more details.

All garden paths indicated on the map within the app are either paved, made of finely packed gravel, or over short stretches of grass. If accessing with a wheelchair / walker / stroller, an outdoor model is suggested. Some benches will be available for those who require them.

Accessible parking spaces are available at RBG Center.

Washrooms are available at RBG Rock Garden in the Great room corridor and the lower level of the garden, under the garden house.

With the exception of service animals, personal dogs/cats/animals are not permitted at this event.

Tickets purchased to special exhibitions are final sale and non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to someone else if you can no longer attend. Please keep your tickets and confirmation: it is proof of your purchase and allows entry into the exhibition.

Liability: RBG assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, or for personal injury or mishap; all activities are at the risk of the participant.

Filming/Photography Release: Please be advised that all photos, audio-video, and static images taken at this tour may be used for exhibit, reproduction, and/or distribution for RBG related promotional use, including all forms of print, television advertisement, social media and /or website display. In consideration of your participation as a guest or attendee of this event, you authorize Royal Botanical Gardens, its legal representatives, suppliers, invited media and assigns unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use such photos and images under their sole discretion.
