Mother’s Day Brunch – SOLD OUT

Pre-purchased tickets are required for this special event.

You will be required to present your pre-purchased tickets upon arrival, either printed out or digitally on your personal device. Each ticket will be scanned. The confirmation receipt is not a ticket. Your tickets were sent to you as an attachment in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking.

Registration closes: May 9 for May 11 date, and May 10 for May 12 date.

Arrive to RBG Centre at your brunch time. When you arrive at RBG Centre (680 Plains Road West, Burlington) you will be greeted by staff who will check you in and direct you to the Auditorium.

This event is held at RBG Centre at 680 Plains Rd West Burlington ON. Parking is included in the ticket price, and available in the designated lot across the street. Please enter through the main doors of RBG Center to access RBG Center and Hendrie Park.

RBG Centre is located along bus routes for Burlington Transit, with stops a short distance from the entrance. See Directions & Parking for more details.

Tickets include access to RBG Centre / Hendrie Park, buffet brunch (food and beverage), and a garden search and find activity.

This event is held indoors with an outdoor component and will proceed rain or shine. RBG recommends coming prepared for the weather! RBG reserves the right to cancel a day due to inclement weather. If the event date is cancelled due to weather, a refund will be provided.

Each ticket group (<12) will be seated at the same table. Table types will be assigned to each group. RBG cannot guarantee multiple tables of the same group will be placed within proximity to each other. RBG teams are dedicated to delivery a quality experience for all guests. Tables will be assigned to ticket holder by RBG.

The food service style is self service and, in our efforts, to minimize waste menu offerings are portioned based on the number and type of tickets sold. Due to the nature of this event RBG may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Royal Botanical Gardens cannot be held responsible for any dietary restrictions that guests may have.

RBG will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee traces of such food are not present at the time of preparation. Please note that in compliance to the Health and Food Department regulations, NO outside food is permitted to be brought in and no left-over food is to be taken from the premises.

Purchase a dried bouquet as an “add-on” during registration!

Bouquets are made up of various dried flora materials. RBG cannot guarantee the types of flowers used and therefore are unable to accommodate allergies and flower preferences. Bouquets will vary slightly in size and colour, but are approximately 10 inches from top to bottom. Bouquets are pre-made and wrapped with love by RBG’s Floral workshop volunteers. Bouquets may deteriorate over time, depending on environment kept. It is best to keep bouquets in dry environments that are free of dust.

RBG will supply high chairs and booster seats for children when requested during the order process. If the information you provided during the order process changes, please give us a call at 905-527-1158 a minimum of 3 days prior to the event. 

All garden paths indicated on the map within the app are either paved, made of finely packed gravel, or over short stretches of grass. If accessing with a wheelchair / walker / stroller, an outdoor model is suggested. Some benches will be available for those who require them.
Accessible parking spaces are available at RBG Centre.

Washrooms are available at RBG Center in various locations. Next to our Greenhouse Café, Mediterranean Garden, Mezzanine, and Atrium venues.

With the exception of service animals, personal pets are not permitted at this event. 

Tickets purchased to special events are final sale and non-refundable. Tickets for this experience can be transferred to someone else if you can no longer attend the event. Please keep your tickets and confirmation: it is proof of your purchase and allows entry into the experience. 

Liability: RBG assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, or for personal injury or mishap; all activities are at the risk of the participant. 

Filming/Photography Release: Please be advised that all photos, audio-video, and static images taken at this experience may be used for exhibit, reproduction, and/or distribution for RBG related promotional use, including all forms of print, television advertisement, social media and /or website display. In consideration of your participation as a guest or attendee of this experience, you authorize Royal Botanical Gardens, its legal representatives, suppliers, invited media and assigns unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use such photos and images under their sole discretion. Royal Botanical Gardens, its legal representatives, suppliers, invited media and assigns are released without limitation of any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. 

By purchasing tickets and participating in this event on RBG properties, you are agreeing to the above release for yourself, and on behalf of your guests.
