This holiday season, join us in creating cherished family memories with a festive brunch experience at Royal Botanical Gardens.
Our special guests, Santa and Mrs. Claus, will be making table-side visits, spreading holiday cheer and providing the perfect photo opportunity to capture those magical moments. After brunch, explore the Botanical Train for even more fun!

Buffet offerings include vegan, nut free, gluten free, and dairy free options. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase for those aged 19+. Bottomless Mimosas are available for pre-purchase.

- Tickets are non-refundable and final sale. After a purchase is complete, the tickets are the property of the ticket-holder, and RBG will be unable to accommodate any date changes.
- Garden admission discounts and coupons are not applicable to this ticketed event. Membership does not provide access to special events, though members are eligible for an exclusive pre-sale.
Accessing the Member Pre-Sale
To access the member presale, simply log in to your RBG online account using the email address associated with your membership. Once your account is set up, visit the registration page during the pre-sale time and tickets will be available! That’s it! No pre-sale code required.
Do NOT make a new account; any new account created will not have access to your member benefits, and will not permit you access to the pre-sale.
How To Activate Your Account (do this prior to the sale date to avoid disappointment)

- Enter your email address and “submit” (NOTE: RBG members must use the email associated with their current membership)
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
- Log in with your new credentials and check your account information. Ensure your updated membership is showing.

Tickets
Pre-purchased tickets are required for this special event.
You will be required to present your pre-purchased tickets upon arrival, either printed out or digitally on your device. Each ticket will be scanned. The confirmation receipt is not a ticket. Your tickets were sent to you as an attachment in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking.
The final date for registration is Wednesday, December 11th, 2024 for both available dates. Guests may make changes to their ticket information no later than 48 hours before the event date using the form linked in your confirmation. Changes can be replacement guests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and accessibility requirements.
What's Included
Tickets include access to RBG Center and Hendrie Park for the duration of the event day identified on their tickets the access times found on the tickets are Saturday, December 14th, 10:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00pm-3:00 pm and December 15th, 10:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00pm-3:00pm.
Gifts / Gifting
This event does not include any gifting component. While RBG recognizes the significance of holiday gifting, guests are asked to refrain from exchanging gifts within the dining room and should do so elsewhere.
Weather
This event is held indoors and will proceed rain or shine. RBG recommends coming prepared for the weather! RBG reserves the right to cancel a day due to inclement weather. If the event date is canceled due to weather, a credit to the ticket holder will be provided
Seating
Each ticket group (<12) will be seated at the same table. Groups exceeding this number may be split into multiple tables. Table types and sizes will be pre-assigned to each group.
Guests may request to be seated near other tables/groups. RBG cannot guarantee multiple tables of the same group will be placed within proximity to each other. RBG teams are dedicated to delivering a quality experience for all guests.
Food and Beverage
The food service style is self service and, in our efforts, to minimize waste menu offerings are portioned based on the number and type of tickets sold. Due to the nature of this event RBG may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Royal Botanical Gardens cannot be held responsible for any dietary restrictions that guests may have.
RBG will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee traces of such food are not present at the time of preparation. Please note that in compliance to the Health and Food Department regulations, NO outside food is permitted to be brought in and no left-over food is to be taken from the premises.
Alcoholic Beverages are available for purchase to those 19 years or older. ID may be required for purchase. Cocktails may be ordered table side, from available menu list. Bottomless mimosas must be pre-ordered.
Accessibility
All garden paths indicated on the map within the app are either paved, made of finely packed gravel, or over short stretches of grass. If accessing with a wheelchair / walker / stroller, an outdoor model is suggested. Some benches will be available for those who require them.
Accessible parking spaces are available outside RBG Centre. Visitors access the garden through RBG Centre, descending through the Atrium via stairs or an elevator.

Washrooms
Washrooms are available in various locations at RBG Main Center. The closest are to the East of the room across from RBG GardenCafe and the other to the West through our Mediterranean Garden. just outside the Turner Pavilion Teahouse, and in RBG Centre on the lowest floor of the Atrium (at the base of the stairs, before you go through the tunnel into Hendrie Park.
Directions and Parking
This event is held at Hendrie Park, located at 680 Plains Road W., Burlington ON. Parking is included in the ticket price, and available in the designated lot across the street at RBG Centre. Please enter through the main doors of RBG Centre where a tunnel is available under Plains Road to Hendrie Park.
Hendrie Park is located along bus routes for Burlington Transit, with stops a short distance from the entrance. See Directions & Parking for more details.
High Chairs and Booster Seats
RBG will supply high chairs and booster seats for children when requested during the order process. If the information you provided during the order process changes, please give us a call at 905-527-1158 a minimum of 3 days prior to the event.
Sitting with Another Family?
If you would like to at the same table as another family who is purchasing their Breakfast tickets separately, please indicate their first and last name in the appropriate box when purchasing your tickets.
NOTE: maximum of 12 people per table applies.
