Event Description

Join Pamela as she focuses on a blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. Suitable for all levels. This program takes places outdoors at various garden locations.

Suitable for all levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. You may bring your personal yoga blocks and belts if needed. A great way to start your weekend and reduce stress to achieve overall well being.

  • Single Session: $20 + HST & $1 Service Fee (Members 10% off)
    Full Summer Season: $120 + HST & $1 Service Fee (Members 10% off)
  • Registration Closes: Friday at 1 p.m.
  • This program takes place outdoors at various garden locations.
  • Program length: approximately 1 hour

Instructor Bio

Pamela has been a lover of movement her whole life. Yoga and meditation gave her a way to reconnect with her true self and the present moment. She brings a heart-centered approach to her practice and believes movement should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. Her hope is for you to walk away feeling empowered and at home in your body.
